October 14 10/14—11/04/2018

Hurricane Michael totally rearranged our plans for the trip home. We had planned on leaving High Springs and heading north through Georgia and into the Carolinas and Tennessee before heading west. Mikey wiped that route out. We delayed our return trip by several days before heading west on I-10. The devastation from the winds was unbelievable. We now know what a 80 mile wide EF-2 tornado would do to homes and forest.
