Our final day of exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway. We finally have blue sky and sunshine. A visit to Mt. Airy, NC, the home of Andy Griffith and the inspiration for the Mayberry TV series. Our most northern stop on the BRP was at Rock Castle Gorge Overlook...just a few miles into Virginia
