Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic 12/12/2025

December 12 An afternoon in Taino Bay, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. We did a self-guided walking tour to another Spanish fort, Fortaleza de San Felipe, and back into the town to one more church and to see Umbrella Street. As we left the cruize area, we were mobbed by taxi drivers and "tour guides". As one person stated on their way back into the cruise area, "The vultures are waiting for you"!
